Company Overview:
Brainbox is a leading full-service web design and branding agency offering an extensive range of services including web design, digital marketing, SEO, logo design, and branding. We are currently seeking a full-time Graphic & UI/UX Designer to join our creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Presentations: Create and update design portfolios that showcase the agency’s best work in web design, branding, and other services.
- Behance Page: Manage and update Brainbox’s Behance page with recent projects, ensuring consistency and quality in design and presentation.
- UI/UX Design: Participate in user experience and interface design processes, creating wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
- Social Media Assets: Design visually engaging social media assets that align with our brand’s guidelines and objectives, including posts, stories, and banners.
- Client Work: Work closely with project managers and clients to understand project scope and create compelling design solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work in coordination with other departments like sales and marketing to ensure timely delivery of design elements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all design work meets high standards and is aligned with brand guidelines.
- Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of the latest trends and tools in graphic design, UI/UX, and digital media.
- Reporting: Regularly update the Design Manager or Creative Director on the status of projects, ensuring that timelines are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and UI/UX design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other design tools.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and web design best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
