Company Overview:
Brainbox is a full-service web design and branding agency dedicated to providing top-notch services including web design projects, digital marketing, SEO, logo design, and branding. We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team and drive client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients via telephone to pitch Brainbox’s suite of services, aiming for high conversion rates.
- Client Visits: Schedule and attend in-person meetings with prospective clients to present Brainbox’s offerings and close deals.
- Door-to-Door Meetings: Visit businesses to discuss how Brainbox can provide value through our web design and branding services.
- Email Campaigns: Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and create brand awareness.
- Proposal Preparation: Create compelling proposals that detail the benefits of Brainbox’s services tailored to the potential client’s specific needs.
- Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meet-ups to generate new business leads and partnerships.
- Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, customer interactions, and sales projections.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare weekly and monthly reports to present to the Sales Manager.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as the design team, digital marketing, and customer service to maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the web design and branding industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Highly motivated, target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary plus commission.
